In a series of agile “sprints” we take groups of employees through the underlying drivers of cultural dysfunction. Once again we help people understand both the emotional terrain of your workplace and the barriers to performance, focusing on conscious and unconscious attitudes and behaviours. Only this time it’s about applying those insights too, concentrating on the everyday tasks and activities where people can see the difference and gain confidence in their collective capacity to change.
