Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service

Appointed to lead a two-year cultural transformation programme

Following an independent culture review by Crest Advisory, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service appointed Senseia, after a competitive procurement process, to guide a two-year programme of leadership development and organisational reform. Chief Fire Officer Roger Thomas KFSM and Senseia co-founder Jason Langley both spoke publicly about the partnership at appointment.
