Leadership learning

This is when we get together with the leaders in your organisation – both the people in charge and the colleagues whose influence comes from their social power. Our aim is to give leaders the tools they need to facilitate meaningful change across the organisation

How the learning works

Using experiential learning techniques, we review the audit and what it tells us about the dynamics of the organisation. We ask leaders to accept a world view, based on neuroscience and evidence-based psychological insight, which may lie outside their own experience. We help them see the underlying dynamics of culture as the products – sometimes unintentional – of normal human behaviour and, without blaming or shaming, to acknowledge their own participation in them.
