After a previous complex merger, Savanta, (one of the UK’s leading market research organisations) approached Senseia to support the cultural integration of five agencies into one single entity. We carried out a cultural audit to identify the narratives of key influencers, and with them, we co-designed the cultural integration plan, predicting potential roadblocks and removing them to reduce friction and resistance from the get-go. The outcome? 0% employee turnover six months post-merger and a 25% increase in employee engagement – these results speak for themselves.
