Devon and Cornwall Police asked Senseia to support a cultural change programme, in a bid to reduce discrimination with an emphasis on racism, but also to help reduce other forms of discrimination such as misogyny and homophobia. In a recent HMICFRS report, Senseia’s approach to combatting these cultural concerns was highlighted as a case study of best practices and given prominence as a national exemplar in the field of culture change. This most recent endorsement by a government body, reflects the quality and success of our approach, the trust and strength of our client relationships and is direct evidence of our ability to deliver on our commitments no matter how complex, political or difficult the landscape may be – we can and do deliver cultural change.
